YellowStone’s Corporate Services Package allows clients to establish their corporate presence in the United States. As part of this service, YellowStone will handle all aspects of establishing a corporate and financial identity for the US subsidiary of the client. A sound foundation will be laid for the corporate structure and all appropriate Executive Agreements will be established.
YellowStone will establish a Business Address for the client and will handle all incoming calls and mail at this business address. Clients will be able to use this Business Address when dealing with their clients in the US. YellowStone will also assist in obtaining Business visas for the client’s personnel. |

US customers almost always give their business to companies that have already invested in people, processes and infrastructure—and that includes a minimum business and marketing presence in the US. Without a targeted marketing campaign, Asian companies will not be able to get their US customers’ attention.
As part of the Marketing Services package, YellowStone will provide continued guidance to clients on positioning their services in the US market. YellowStone will act as the marketing arm in the US for the Asian company, managing all day-to-day marketing-related activities. YellowStone can also undertake a full-fledged Marketing campaign on behalf of the clients covering a vast array of activities. |

The challenges that face the Asian services companies are some of the same factors that challenge offshore outsourcing in the first place: Fear, Uncertainty & Doubt (FUD). Outsourcing will take place only if the US customer trusts the offshore service provider and becomes comfortable working with them. When the FUD factor is so high for new or emerging market entrants, it becomes all the more pertinent that Asian companies invest in a Sales presence in the US. Successful Asian companies have learnt that continued face-to-face sales efforts are the chief means to get over the initial trust barriers and to eventually win business in North America.
YellowStone will establish the sales management infrastructure for the client, and upon the client’s guidance will recruit and train a sales force in North America. The client could also send their top sales primes to North America where YellowStone will train them and help them win customer accounts in the US. |

On behalf of the client, YellowStone will establish all required corporate policies and procedures and help the client manage their employees in the US in accordance with US labor laws.
YellowStone will create all the necessary forms, agreements and procedures that would be required by the client, and will assist with ongoing HR functions—like Employee recruitment, New-Hire orientation, Benefits management, Visa Assistance, Payroll and Employee Termination. On a regular basis, YellowStone will consult with and keep informed the client’s senior management on all US employee-related issues. |

The Financial Services package allows clients to directly invoice and collect revenues for their offering in the United States. This package allows clients to create cash reserves in US Dollars. A solid financial foundation is a must for any company that has long-term plans for marketing and selling in the US.
As part of the Financial Services package, YellowStone will perform all Finance-related functions on behalf of the client, and offer appropriate financial guidance where necessary. Examples of these functions include: Accounting per GAAP, creating Monthly Financial Statements, Invoicing & Collection, Managing Vendor Payments, Cash Management & Day-to-day banking, managing Professional Insurance, arranging for External Audits, assisting with Credit facilities with banks, etc.
